I am trying to list an antique street fair carnival token from 1901. I get to the very end, and on the last page, I get the following error message: "It appears you are offering virtual game items (gaming accounts, currency, leveling, etc). These items are not permitted in the eBay Marketplace as a stand-alone product or as a bonus item. Please revise your listing by removing the non-permitted items." #1 - This error message doesn't even apply to what I am listing or the categories I was listing under. #2 - This message/policy is BS; there are hundreds of virtual game cards that are being listed right now as stand-alone items. I contacted LiveHelp which was fruitless. Any suggestions?

It isn't just tokens - it rejects the words COIN, CURRENCY and MINUTES
as well now. Sending emails to anyone at eBay is fruitless, as they
won't answer them (I've been trying for days). I list REAL COINS, and
never listed a virtual item. But they're software is so screwed no it
rejects even variations or abbreviations of these words (such as MIN.
for MINUTES, when trying to list the run time of a video).
So I'm sure the word it doesn't like is TOKEN. It's no help, but proof
of the problem. Take the word TOKEN out of the title, and you'll see it
will let you advance to the next screen. I've chatted with their "live
un-help", and they said it seemed a word in the title was causing that.
I jokingly asked "what word - COIN?" - found out this is EXACTLY what
it didn't like.
But don't expect a useful answer here. All you'll
get are troll responses for the most part, that have nothing to do with
the topic.

Actually, it seemed that the word "coin" was causing the problem. Now,
what the heck do I use in the title for the actual coins I want to
sell?
