Thanks for writing back to Bill today. My name is Mel, and Bill has
asked me to respond to you personally on his behalf about slowness on
the site.
I'm sorry to hear that you were unable to resolve this problem. Would
you be able to try one more thing? Many of our members are able to find
help through other members on the site, and one of our community members
has posted, on their About Me page, a tweak that they (and others) have
found to work extremely well. You can find that post with instructions

If you'd like to continue using the Canada site, this is certainly a
possiblility. In fact, using the Advanced Search feature you are able
to search for items that are available to the US. Just follow these
steps:
1. Go to www.ebay.ca
2. Click on the "Advanced Search" link at the top right.
3. Under, "Location", select the "Items available to" and choose
"United States"
4. Include any other search parameters you wish to specify (including a
regular keyword search at the top of the page)
5. Click, "Search".
Robin, while the majority of our members do not seem to experience this
problem, you do make some valid points. You should know that many of the
changes to our site come about as a result of such feedback and insight
from valued members such as yourself.
We do have a specific platform via which your feedback and suggestions
