If you've dealt with any form of eBay Customer Service, you'll find between the Eliza canned responses that they have little or no understanding of United States geography.
For example take this piece of pure ignorance from eBay Customer Service.
Over the years eBay Customer Service, and for that matter some eBay California based moderators, have made similar gaffs relating to three States of the United States; Alaska, Hawaii, New Mexico. That is eBay representatives believe that NONE of the States mentioned are part of the United States.
As a service to a multi-billion dollar corporation That Should Know Better, here are the facts about these three States. Read IT and learn.

I have reviewed the listing and show that they ship to the united states
only at the price of $49. In the listing they do not state that they
offer shipping to Alaska.
Therefore they do not have to honor that shipping price.
If you have further questions I suggest you contact the seller.
