Amazon Studios Presents Zombieland The Series

Zombieland (2009, Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Emma Stone, Abigail Breslin) was a very entertaining zombiepocalypse horror comedy film. It's one of those movies, like Shaun of the Dead (2004, Simon Pegg) or Army of Darkness (1992, Bruce Campbell), you show the uninitiated to give a taste of the horror flick genre. Adding to the Zombieland fun, there's now Zombieland The Series.
Amazon Studios, yes part of Amazon.com, financed Zombieland The Series and has just made the twenty-nine minute pilot available free to the public. According to the promo, the series is "from the original creative team behind the hit movie."
The answer to the question, 'will there be more', is up to the viewers.
In a method reminiscent of The NBC Mystery Movie format, Amazon Studios has presented fourteen pilots 15 on it's Pilot Season page. Whether all, some, or none of these pilot episodes become series is based on feedback from the viewers.
